Seltsam, das Wetter auf drei oder vier Tage voraus zu sagen, ist in unseren Breiten-Graden reine Glücks-Sache. Aber ein spezieller Kreis von Eingeweihten will uns das Klima auf Jahre und Jahrzehnte voraus sagen, ja noch mehr – sie wollen es «schützen» – allerdings nur gegen Bares.
